1. Do not eat sugar of any kind including soft drinks, juice, sports drinks, candy, ice cream, etc.
2. Do not eat starch of any kind including bread, rice, potatoes or any whole grain.
3. Do not eat margarine.
4. Do not drink beer.
5. Do not eat fruit.
