Grilled Zucchini and Summer Squash
Zucchini is a quixotic food.  It belongs in the fruit family, but we consume it as a vegetable. Just 25 calories and high in fiber, the saiety value and high water content in zucchini make it a dieter's delight. Zucchini is an excellent source of vitamins C, B6, and riboflavin.

Sylvie at GourmandintheKitchen, tops zucchini with a sauce that adds even more nutritional value. Her recipe combines Greek yogurt with tahini and cumin. Tahini contains Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B15.  Cumin is a great source of iron and manganese. Next to black pepper, cumin is the most popular spice in the world.

I prepared this dish on the grill and enjoyed the contrast between the  hot vegetables and cool sauce just like Sylvie said I would. The sauce is successful on any grilled vegetable.
